1. THEY LOSE YOUR CAR KEYS. What neanderthal at a car dealership loses a customers car keys for a week.
2. THEY STEAL YOUR PROPERTY.
Sure it may seem like an easy way to advertise by switching your rims to have their logo and dealerships name on it, but a) It’s ILLEGAL to do it without your permission, and b) it’s even more ILLEGAL to throw out your old ones because they are your property, not theirs.
3. THEY REFUSE TO SERVICE YOU.
So your cars under warranty still and covers maintenance, or so you think. You go before your maintenance is up to get everything checked and fixed up because it’s covered still and free for you. What they say is, no, you dont need to, and if you get it we wont cover it. Then they say after your coverage is up, that oh, it was covered, we screwed up, now pay us 300$ to get it taken care of.
Moral of the story, Mini is cheap, they refuse to help you COSTING YOU HUNDREDS of dollars, they lose your keys and they throw away your property. Buy something else, because if you ever have a problem, (and you will) Mini won’t help you, and even If they do attempt to help you, better not plan on driving you car anytime soon, because theyre going to lose your keys.
